Monmouth Small Animal Hospital was established in 1989 by Gregory Weech, who took an old Dairy Queen and converted it into a veterinary facility. In 1990, Geoffrey Weech graduated from the University of Illinois Veterinary School. Once he graduated, Dr. Weech worked for his brother Greg until 1993, when Dr. Weech purchased the hospital from his brother.
