They turned the stressful situation experience of having a sick pet into an easy solution oriented process. I would recommend them to anyone who has an ill Pet they want taken care of with compassion.

Nowhere on that message said I would have a cancellation if I didn’t respond. I never received a message informing me of a cancellation. I asked if I waited and something opens up, could I still have my cat seen, especially since I had taken time off of work to be there on that day. They said they could see what happens. After 45 minutes a couple came in. They informed that couple that their appointment was at 4:15 and was marked as a no show. They never offered that 4:15 no-show appointment to me while I was waiting. Just a heads up, they will cancel your appointment without notice and not try to accommodate you even if they can.
