  Phenomenal Experience for First Time Rider. Jenny, Jade, and Sarah were a great help in explaining what we needed. No overselling, no pushy tactics, just five star hospitality. Will return if we have future needs. Also, the store layout, while large, is highly organized and easy to navigate.

  We visited saddlers row a few weeks ago looking for a handful of items. This is a 4 hour drive for us but thought it would be worth it. We left with far more than we needed but the deals were great and the staff was incredible. We received help from Kelly, Miranda, Abby, Sarah and Bob. All were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic to help us find exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend, we will be back!

  I had the best experience at Saddlers Row. I was getting my bridle name plated and Miranda was amazing at customer service. She even helped me find a sweater and gift wrapped it beautifully for me! She was so attentive and made it such an easy experience and looking forward to coming back! Thank you Miranda!!!

  We had such a wonderful experience at Saddler’s Row yesterday. The store itself is incredibly well stocked—we spent over an hour browsing and still didn’t see everything we wanted to! It’s truly a destination for equestrians. What made the visit exceptional, though, was the service. Emily helped me get fitted for a helmet, and she was absolutely phenomenal. Even though the store was busy, she never once made me feel rushed or like I was a bother. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my preferences, then made multiple trips to the stockroom to bring out different options for me to try. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care for helping me find the right fit really stood out. It’s rare to get that level of personalized service, especially during a busy time. Because of Emily—and the overall experience—we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
