  I had such an amazing experience at Saddlers Row, and it’s all thanks to Jade! As someone who is newer to horseback riding, I had a lot of questions and wasn’t exactly sure what I needed. Jade was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. She took the time to explain the different sections of the store, helped me try on multiple pairs of paddock boots, half chaps, and tall boots until we found the perfect fit. She also helped me pick out a beautiful leather belt and even reached out to Bob, the leather specialist, who kindly added two extra holes so it fit perfectly. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. One of my favorite parts of the store is their consignment section. I was able to find an amazing pair of paddock boots there, which made getting started much more affordable without sacrificing quality. I left with everything I needed, a ton of new knowledge, and so much confidence thanks to Jade’s guidance. She truly made the entire experience enjoyable, and I couldn’t have done it without her. If you’re shopping at Saddlers Row, I highly recommend asking for Jade—you’ll be in excellent hands!
