- JGJoseph Gurreri3 days ago5.0What I had to go to a different location then I normally do and the doctor was exceedingly kind responded right away to my dog's allergies and spent plenty of time on the phone with me explaining what the options were. Recommend! I got an appointment first thing this morning because he was sick and I use their online service. The hospital and the people are great but the app leaves a lot to be desired because it's so slow and laggy
- CPcourtnee phillipsAug 13, 20261.0So I tried to bring my dog here due to issues with blood in his stool. They have a 15 min. Grace period for appointments. I arrived right 14 min. Mark waited 5 extra minutes while the vet tech has a personal conversation with the customer in front of me instead instead of focusing on printing out her paperwork and then once he's done with the conversation they says they can't see my dog. It's raining my dog is sick, and I am pleading with the techs if they even do a 15 min. appt. I was still told no and I should have came before the 15 min. Even though I did and waited for them while they clearly knew I was waiting as there was no one else behind me or waiting. I honestly feel like my ethnicity had a part to play but I won't ever return to that location. I've had better experiences being at the Vernon Hills and Gurnee banfields.

Thankfully, the Kildeer location was able to get her in much sooner. She ended up having an ear infection and was able to get the medication she needed. I’m very grateful for how helpful, kind, and caring the staff was. Thank you for taking such great care of her! I will definitely be returning to this location in the future. My pets name is Maya

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
