- EEECHO2 days ago2.0I'm leaving this review here because the appointment services are HORRIBLE. They called me to confirm my appointment, but I couldn't answer at that time, so I called them back an hour later and no answer. I called them again a few hours later 2 times, which was 3 hours before my appointment and still nothing! Then I show up and they tell me my appointment was canceled because I didn't leave them a voicemail. I called 3 TIMES how is it my fault that your receptionists don't answer?! The only good thing about this vetco is the vet Dr. Quinlan. She's been awesome about taking care of my furbabies, but today's service was extremely upsetting.

Called me 3 minutes out from my appointment with the wrong date and time and then we confirmed it was today they then said they couldn’t take her because we out more than 6 minutes. Took her over 5 minutes to verify if we should come. Would never be using this vetco again. Wasted 42 minutes of a drive especially in this day and age when gas prices are sky high. Super unprofessional.
