  First of all the lady at the check in was trying to speed everything up, I think we were one of the last appointments of the day. On my documents and account everything was misspelled or just wrong. My dog was listed as a cat! My name was not spelled right at ALL. My address is also spelled wrong. She didn’t even bother asking me to clarify. I had to tell her about my puppy being listed as a kitten. She was just rushing everything. After, the receptionist walked us to the room and the vet came in, I believe it was Dr. Nichole Avery as it said on our paper records, it all got worse. The vet was in and out she barely explained anything. She quickly asked if we had questions and my husband asked a question and she just looked and replied as if he were stupid for asking. That is NOT the attitude one wants from a vet. She was snappy. We pay a lot of money for them to not speak to us respectfully, as we did. When we were checking out and paying, the other staff member (I think she was an assistant or something) also seemed to be in a hurry. The whole service was just rushed. We didn’t feel comfortable at all… I wish it would’ve been different since it was my puppy’s first time at the vet. We had to ask for records of the vaccines that our puppy received and good thing we did because if we didn’t ask, there would be no records for us to have. They did not update my puppies info on her profile. I have another dog that I have taken to another Vetco and they always go an amazing job updating everything and making sure everything is correct. For this location, it even says I missed my appointment! I am never going back to this Vetco location again. Be better.

  I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was extremely disappointed in the doctor however. She was cold, rude and condescending (and maybe a little judgmental). She spent most of the time telling me what she wasn't going to do and had little insight. I will definitely not go back if she is on duty. I can spend $800 elsewhere.

  The doctor had a great personality and that matters. The support person working with her kept interrupting her mid sentence while talking to me to get information. It was quite rude. My cat urinated on herself while being examined. They said she wouldn’t allow them to clean her up. Uhm, a vet and techs should know how to do this. I’ve never had that experience. They also said they couldn’t trim her nails. She’s not an aggressive cat but was, of course, agitated about the visit as many animals are. I never reached ed a WRITTEN official radiology report, but a summary in an email. I paid over $900 for the visit. I should at least get an official report from x-rays and blood work. All is was fine, but if you need serious attention it’s best to go to an animal hospital or a place that has more extensive resources.

  I would give this location zero stars if I could. I had an appointment scheduled for days. When I arrived for my appointment they informed me the appointment was canceled and they refused to care for my pet. Their office never contacted me to confirm my appointment by phone, text, or email and instead overbooked themselves and canceled my appointment. My pet suffered because of their poor schedule organization and lack of time management. I drove over an hour for this appointment and it was a complete waste of time. Reading through the recent reviews, it’s clear this location has an issue with keeping their appointments and the customer service is nonexistent. I will never return and would insist anyone seeking reliable care for their pet to look elsewhere.
