- AAAnthonyMay 23, 20261.0Some how my review was deleted after I complained and spoke with the GM from the store. What horrble customer service they provided resolving an issue with my dog not being able to get serviced after a short injury without a vet note. I didn't take him to the vet when he was injured. I managed his healing at home with a complete recovery. After weeks of no response from the store the Gm finally called after I complained to corporate customer service. Only then did I get a call. The GM was not helpful at all resolving the issue. He even went as far as saying they didn't feel comfortable servicing my dog any longer because he was 8/9 yrs old, a senior dog. My dog is 7. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. Petsmart has the same services and grooming packages. I do not recommend Petco at all after this negative experience.
