Was not pleased with my dog's bath. Neither was I please with her nail tram and buffering. I feel like staff did not put up an effort to be able to buff. Coco's nails had to take her somewhere else who did a fantastic job.

If I could give this location no stars I would. They had my 6.5 pound Shih Tzu/Chihuahua mix for 5 HOURS and did a total hack job. I asked them to keep the little Mohawk on the top of his head and they just skipped the back of his head altogether. The rest of his coat is completely uneven. Steven was supposed to be his groomer but when I arrived to pick him up, there was a young woman shaving him with clippers. I believe they were mean to my dog as he appeared to be scared when they released him. I will never come back to this place.

This has been the worst experience of my life. My poor dog has a double coat, and he was shaved. I don't blame the worker who did this. I blame the poor training. I've made complaints to Petco corporate, and no one has gotten back to me in a week. This is unacceptable and also a harm to my dog. The first pictures are of my happy dog before he was shaved, and clearly the second pictures are what they gave back to me. And now petco is refusing to guarantee that any medical bills that arise from this will be covered. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!
