  This petco is infested with ROACHES. I came in to shop for doggy treats and a toy for my friends dog who was celebrating her birthday. I couldn’t even get through a minute of searching for the correct dog treats before I saw 4 large cockroaches crawling all over the dog treat aisle floor. Absolutely disgusting. Never coming back

  Complete liars . I booked love joy for today and they told me they called the number on file to confirm my appointment. Never called I replied back to the text to CONFIRM my appointment. Close this place down they are a WASTE OF TIME. They clearly hate their jobs

  This store will only ever be good for lighting and substrate. it's demonstrated how it lacks for feeders or animals. I went in last Tuesday and was looking around for Springtails, Coco Fiber bricks, And Moss for my Tokay gecko Enclosure. I thought I would pick up some Dubia Roaches while I'm at it, I should never be Surprise when I go to the Feeder section and they are out of everything or everything's dead. I don't even know why the mice selection was empty. Me personally it's management for this store, i see 2 girls here that are kinda cool, I don't think they are part of the problem, it's the Blonde(Brunette? I don't know. I don't pay attention) and the girl with black disheveled hair that helped me with my Blue Eyed Leucistic Ball python .But every time I go to this location I see some animal that is Harmed. Last Month it was a crested gecko that freshly lost it tail and look dehydrated. Last week, it was a Bearded Dragon with MBD, This week it was a Ball python that was going through shed while humidity were in the 30's. I Don't know if Management is just strict , but you could cover the top of the lid with Duck tape so less humidity gets out or using a clay substrate so the animals aren't on reptile carpet, or maybe even adding a humidity hide to the enclosures for shedding. Other location Animals are in better condition, So Go to another store for reptile needs if you don't need a tank or lighting from this location and maybe crickets

  I've personally saw how you guys treat animals i remember I once had a bearded dragon had everything perfect. Amazing tank size right lights and everything without knowing we had bought a very poorly treated and sick bearded dragon I noticed that yet still got it thinking I could help it the poor thing had metabolic bone disease.

  Grandmother orders online for the rewards and does curbside. She usually sends me because she's worried they won't answer and they typically don't , so I end up just having to go in for it anyway , why offer a service you can't consistently provide? I can understand if its busy when I arrive but its not. We get the 47lb proplan. If you have no one who can lift it answer and say that...Had a time, I gave them a chance and waited. No answer, eventually just went inside to get it and got asked if I needed help (Yeah, could've used it over the phone), 2 workers at registers with no customers said no and went for it. and they asked if I was for Campbell, I said yeah, I'd passed the guy who was doing it. Theyd wordlessly sent someone out rather than just answering. Wish she would stop spending money at this location. The Highland one is great.
