  Drove an hour to have my two cats groomed only for me to be turned away by the cat groomer due to a glitch in their computer system even after I double checked with them that I still had an appointment.

  The staff at the front could use some training. It's like it's their first time on earth. I hate this location honestly.

  I like this place because I can see how nice the groomers are with the pups, but this is the second time my dogs come back with fleas. This last time they told me they found one flea on one of my dogs, but the thing is that I had taken them to the vet the day before, and the vet checked them and saw no fleas. Again, it is a nice place, but they should be more carful with fleas and disinfect often; I had to expend an extra $150 bucks on flea meds.

  Horrible, I brought my 4 month puddle to have a puppy bath plus a sanitary cutting, the soon I went to pick him up she said that my dog didn't cooperate, and that he didn't like what she was doing to him, and that she if sorry if the job didn't came out right, at first I didn't see anything wrong with him , but the soon I walk inside my home and see his butt I was wait a second that doesn't look right, went I saw under him , his private part i was noooo , she burn him with the machine under his private parts , now my dog is uncomfortable with sensitive skin liking and bitting his skin also he is missing half of his hair in his belly 😡😡😡..IDK what to do... horrible service .. never again go there.
