- JBJean BarJun 13, 20264.0Petco has a very stupid policy regarding using their coupons you have earned. If you have $10 in coupons, you cannot redeem $10 if your purchase is under $10. Only one $5 can be used in a purchase that is $9.99. It must be $10 or over. The check out woman was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond. Thank you. Wonderful person. Stupid policy.

They burned my dog's back during a grooming appointment and refused to take any accountability for it. When I called, I was told there was nothing they could do because I contacted them two days later. No concern, no responsibility, and no attempt to make things right. My dog is now in pain and cries when her back is touched. The way they handled the situation was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend bringing your pet here.

AVOID this location if you want your pets to be in good care.
- KNKrystal NJun 9, 20261.0Grooming dept is terrible! so rude, unprofessional and hurt my dogs. My dogs were peaceful and have never had issues with groomers. They were no help at all when my dogs came out terrified with marks on them. Please do not get your babies groomed here
