I informed that I wanted the walk in dog services which were unable to be booked online. I was scheduled for 8am for my walk in grooming appointment. I was told I had to stay in store and that it would only take 10 mins as it is simply nail buffing and teeth cleaning. I attempted to walk around the store but Danny stated it was still closed so I waited in front. It took almost 30 minutes to get my dog back. When I went to go pay, I was made to wait again because instead of opening up the registers, Danny was busy talking with another female employee that just arrived. The point of walk in services is convenience and this location failed to provide that.

I told him it was the same item and I only needed a size up. He said that’s not how their policy works so if I wanted the item I had to pay the difference. Never in my life I had experienced this type of issue before especially the item being the same! I ended up returning the item because there’s no way I was gonna pay full price. Very unsatisfied customer.
