- RTRachel Thorne2 days ago1.0I asked someone if they had live plant for my fish tank, she showed them to me, she then walked away instead of assisting me with getting them. So after twenty five minutes of waiting with no help from her, after she saw me two more times I left, I'll never go to this location again. Terrible customer service.

The store manager completely disregarded me and was extremely rude when i tried to mention that their saltwater tanks were neglectful and inhumane for their fish. Not only was the water so cloudy you could not see through it, but the tank was covered in algae and mold growth. They are killing the animals they are trying to sell and do not care at this location, at least not under this manager.
