- KHKristen HMay 8, 20261.0For the last few years now, I keep giving this location chances by coming back randomly... And every time I'm disappointed because they don't accommodate walk-ins. If you advertise walk-ins then you shouldn't be turning away customers telling them you're too busy. ( It's only about a 5-minute nail service I came in for )And other times when they didn't turn me away they had attitude huffed and puffed and rolled eyes didn't have very nice customer service. I have vital care and I love it but I can't utilize it at this location due to the employees. Love, Bloomingdale location. Got to keep traveling there.

WHY????? The large Kong squeaker balls were over $8 at the store and online they ere $5.39. The Zuke's 1 pound bag were $24.00 at the store and $14.00 something online. I saved over $20.00. With these types of practices. I will be taking by dollars elsewhere. Shame on you. Charge the same LOWER prices in ALL places.

I think Michael needs a bit more training... words of encouragement. The photos on top are how teddy was given to me after his hair cut, the photos below are after I got home and gave him a fix myself. No harm done, all the girls have always been great and courteous.
