  My new puppy Ellie had the best exam. Jean and Dr. Hope Roberts answered questions I had and gave suggestions on issues with a new puppy. Very helpful and I am very pleased with the services we received.

  Always have a great experience with my Pet and everyone that works there. They always make sure I understand what’s going on with my pets health and if I have any questions or concerns.

  They are fear-free! Meaning they care about the experience your pet receives for anything from vaccinations to claw-clippings! They care. The entire staff is wonderful, caring, patient, kind, from the front desk to the back they are WONDERFUL. They have been our vet office since I was a child and I am 31. Since I have moved back to the Quad cities in 2021 they have been my vet office for my three cats. I am so grateful for them. The compassion they have shown me when a pet has passed away suddenly, questions about if a cat should be put down and if I should bring them in for that, if they have a bad reaction to any vaccine, you call them and they will ask the doctor and get back with you while you’re on the phone. In the last couple of years I have had to reach out to them for bad vaccine reactions, sudden urinary blockage with my male cat, and my female 10-year-old cat who was seizing. Each time they have met me with compassion, listened, and told me the best plan of care. Each doctor and every staff member here is a blessing to this community. Thank you all so much!

  We just moved to the area, adopted a cat, and had family/friends recommend this place. They were very welcoming, staff was super friendly, and they were very gentle with our kitty for her first wellness check!

  First time taking my very anxious girl and the staff handled it wonderfully! They were very welcoming, accommodating, and caring. I enjoyed that they asked about if she could have treats that they’re in the waiting area as well.
