  I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the young ladies working here. I asked her a simple question, and she responded with a very rude and disrespectful attitude. What made the situation worse was that another employee later asked me a question regarding what I had originally asked, and even though I was not speaking to her, she inserted herself into the conversation and answered again with the same nasty attitude. I understand that everyone has bad days, but there is no reason to treat a customer that way when they are simply asking a question. I left feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed with the customer service I received. I hope management addresses this because customers should be able to ask questions and receive a respectful response.

  Although, my pickup was fine; I'm giving a low review based on how the small animals are being held. As a pet store, if you're going to continue to take small animals from unethical backyard breeders, the very least you can do is provide proper housing. I saw TWO female hamsters in one enclosure. The one white one was hiding in a corner, while the brown one groomed herself. But NO hamsters after 8 weeks old should be housed with another hamster. It's Hamster Care 101. Also, the disk spinners are not for Syrian hamsters. They need at MINIMUM a large (non metal) wheel. Please do better by these small creatures. Their lives matter too. Even if their life span is short

  Always great to see employees who are knowledgeable! I think every person here is an animal person and takes good care of our dog when we come in.
