Never been here before. They were so Friendly, and even though they were crazy busy, they managed to take time to wrap up my puppy's paw after she lost a nail. I was in and out in 15 min. Only saw a technician, not a Dr but I was extremely pleased with the wonderful service I got.

My dog got an air vent cover stuck badly on her paw. The staff was amazing and helped get it off quickly. Highly recommend and can’t thank them enough for helping my pup!
The wait time is a bit lengthy yes if possible make sure to call before you leave to get there it will speedup the process a bit, but for small not as severe emergencies this place is good. They were on top of it giving me pee pads because of my dogs bowel issues(even though my dog preferred to sleep on them lol) and they very informative on what to do, I also appreciate the upfront honesty in regards to pricing from the vet herself. The staff was super kind as well and treated my dog with care.
When Buddy passed away on Sunday, July 12, the pet cremation service I had chosen was closed for the weekend, as many of them are. Companion Animal Hospital was kind enough to take Buddy in and care for him until arrangements could be made.
I want to be very clear that the staff who helped me during that time were wonderful, compassionate, and incredibly kind. I am genuinely grateful that Buddy was treated with care and dignity while he was there.
My frustration is with what happened afterward regarding the storage fee.
Companion Animal Hospital charges a $140 storage fee, which is refundable if the pet is picked up within 72 hours of drop-off. I dropped Buddy off on Sunday, July 12, at approximately 5:30 PM and picked him up Tuesday morning, July 14, at approximately 9:30 AM, so I was well within that 72-hour timeframe.
I was told the $140 storage fee would be refunded. Unfortunately, it took approximately two weeks and three separate phone calls before the refund was finally processed. Each time, I was told it would be taken care of, and I continued having to follow up.
I did ultimately receive the refund, and I want to be fair about that. My concern is not with the care Buddy received. I am very thankful for the compassion shown to both Buddy and me during an awful time.
I should not have had to chase down my refund. I was already grieving the loss of a pet I had loved and cared for for 10 years. Once I was told the refund would be issued, I believe the hospital simply should have followed through and done what they said they would do.
Had I not been forced to repeatedly reach out regarding the refund, I would have gladly left Companion Animal Hospital a five-star review. The compassion and care shown to Buddy absolutely deserved that. Unfortunately, having to repeatedly follow up during an already painful time significantly affected my overall experience. I sincerely hope they improve this part of the process for other families who are grieving the loss of a pet.

I've taken my Staffy mix here a few times. Unfortunately, had to make another visit. The staff at this clinic are phenomenal. The wait time was long. Which, is understandable. It's an emergency vet. I am so incredibly grateful for the help they provided my dog. Very personable. You can tell that they truly care for your animals. Appreciate all that you do.
