I brought both my dogs in for their annual exam. They took a stool sample for each. One had blood in his stool after the exam. I am not talking about a small amount of blood. I called to ask to speak with the doctor. It turns out the doctors that work on Sundays are part time and you unable to speak to them. Their solution is to speak to their office manager. They thought it was an illogical request to speak to the doctor that is there. I requested to speak to the doctor that was there for direction or possibly an antibiotic to prevent possible infection until I could bring him back in. I was told by reception, not a doctor, that they won’t prescribe anything unless they see the dog that they saw yesterday! They must he afraid that the dog will abuse antibiotics and build up resistance. Wow! It turns out common sense isn’t so common. They did offer to let me bring the dog back in to assess the injury that they caused. My guess would be that part of that would be xrays…. I wonder who would cover that expense? RUN do not go here! They never called back to see my dog or discuss. Stunningly inept.

Everyone here is friendly and loving. You can just tell that they love and care for each pet that walks in. My puppy Yoda loves it there. He may be scared at first but they always make him feel safe. Until after his shots. But who can blame him.

I've booked appointments with them twice, they rescheduled me which I understood for the first appointment this second appointment I got there within the 15 minutes grace period and neither one of the young ladies stopped the phone call nor the in person pick up to check me in, when I had finally sat down to wait it was 5 mins before the grace period ended. Which i explain to the young lady and she had a very nonchalant attitude about the situation. I WON'T be booking AGAIN at this LOCATION.

So I noticed my doggy was having some back legs issues. Some limping and small yelps that had started the night before the morning of our appointment.Hes a Pomeranian so these kind of problems are not rare. I had made an appointment to come in for a check up exam and possible if they could see what was going on…they call me 7am , I didn’t answer my appointment was cancelled by them. I was oh okay I make a later one , they called again and they say “yeah can u tell me about about what trauma baby has” and I mentioned how his legs. They say “yeah unfortunately we just can’t see him, there’s no time, you should go to an emergency vet instead””, they didn’t offer another vet they just cancelled me again. I was so confused 😭bc if my dog needed an emergency vet, best believe I would’ve taken him but he was still okay. I was dismissed and treated like me and my son were nothing but money to them. Please go somewhere else bc it’s just seems like the whole team doesn’t want to be there. 6-18-2026
