- ASAmelia SladekSep 30, 20261.0This place is definitely NOT my go to! I took my dog in for his normal check up and he was totally fine before I took him to his appointment. He acted completely normal before I took him and bandfield told me he was all healthy with no problems, the next day he ended up passing away. I do believe it had to due with something with the vets because he was fine before I took him in and then after his appointment he wasn't do so well next morning I found him passed away inside my home. They mentioned to me he was a healthy energized pup so I don't get how he randomly passed like this. I miss him so much and I felt this all could of been prevented if I went somewhere else :(
- AAAlleshaSep 30, 20261.0I was told from family and friends to not come here due to there bad experience here but I wanted to give bandfield a chance and when I come to this place I have problems when I come here. I’m always told different things by the staff workers then we are told last minute something completely different when arriving. All of a sudden They told us they changed their system now so getting medicine for my pet is even more expensive and harder now. My cat still has problems even after taking her here. It’s ridiculous! Should of went somewhere else from the start

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

What preventive pet health care services does Banfield offer?
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including:

• Comprehensive Examinations
What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
