- NPNicole Perez3 days ago3.0I normally have an amazing experience taking my pets to get vaccines here. This review is specifically for the vet we had. My dog is pretty anxious around other dogs and whinny. As approaching the vet he was very excited and she started by making the comment “oh you’re a lot”. I expressed to her I know my dog pretty well as I have also worked in the vet med industry and know how to handle my pets but he is not a fan of paws being touched or like actual physical restraint. We do great with me at the head to hold just in case he were to ever attempt anything which he never has. She constantly made remarks about him and pretty much told us that due to the animals in the store we should consider going else where because “her morning was not filled with so many high anxious dogs like her afternoon was”. My dog did amazing besides the crying due to seeing other dogs but her comments were absolutely unnecessary and you could tell she as a vet was just overwhelmed and maybe she should consider not working at a place that offers low cost vaccines because she cannot handle working with the people but most importantly the pets. Completely disappointed!
