Razyeeh Mazaheri DVM is Amazing and the Joanna have Outstanding Customer Service!! They’re very attentive, upfront about costs, and accommodating for cat parents! They have a store attached so you can grab some food & supplies afterwards. The vet location is Very, Very Clean and doesn’t have like an animal nor faint urine smell, it smells really good refreshing. They also refer affordable care facilities if need additional premium services like dental. The entire staff take their time & care for your pets fur babies! I recommend 10/10!

I was able to get squeezed in very quickly at the vet clinic for both of my cats that I had just adopted. Dr. Mazaheri was so sweet, kind, and thorough with their examinations. The techs were also prompt and informative with everything that the cats needed. Both the vet and her technicians were very conscientious about keeping me updated with the cost estimates throughout my time there. The cats needed ear cleanings and antibiotics for ear infections. Glad that the clinic was attached to the store because I was also able to get a cat tree!

I was told by the doctor “it’s not her problem” Updating this review to let you know that the doctor did finally call me back this morning - she Proceeded to get upset about me communicating my frustrations throughout the week from my original appointment and lack of results or answering any questions I had about them.. she got a terrible attitude with me & said “well I’m sorry your dog has diarrhea…” (which was clearly made to come off sarcastic) after I just told her my dog has had diarrhea for three days, been pooping mucus STILL, had diarrhea all over the house and is lethargic. I asked this doctor for direction bc I thought given today’s update theyd surly know what to do. Instead she tells me they sent an email with suggestions - which is prescription food that we don’t even know she needs or if this is an allergy issue but I don’t have anyone to ask those questions to. they sent me the 2nd half of the blood panel a week after I was supposed to actually have them and took me asking 3x. and then at the end of the conversation she said “they had 26 clients the day I was in” and get this “it’s not her problem” …. As a paying client who trusted you with my dog that’s been dealing with issues for 4 months I’m appalled and disgusted. I’ve never had an interaction like this. that’s not how someone i put any sort of trust in, behaves. You’re the doctor supposedly taking care of my dog but it’s “not your problem” Not to mention at the original appointment I just kept getting told “the dr will call you with results tomorrow and can answer any questions I have then” because their blood machine wasn’t working so they had to send it out. I called the next day for the results. They tell me the doctor is not in and can’t give me results for the next two days. No one ever called me. I got a text message with the results. Oh and a voicemail Saturday saying “we’re closed and will call Monday” I had nobody to ask my questions to until today and this is how it went. I’m speechless.

If VetCo's policy is that appointments must be confirmed via text or phone call, then that needs to be communicated to your customers when they make their sick pet's appointment. Today, I brought my 89-yr old mother in with her sick kitty and was told we had no appointment because no one "confirmed" it via text or phone call. No one told her that policy when the appointment was made, AND my mother did not receive a "confirmation" phone call for her first VetCo appointment on June 8, to treat her other kitty. They didn't even try to fit us in. The vet never came out to apologize for THEIR error in not telling my mother that her sick cat's appointment would be canceled if she didn't text back or answer her phone to confirm. This is what we get when we digitize all customer communication and when corporations own chains where the nurses and vets are just employees: No. One. Cares. UPDATE, 6/19 They gave our cat an appointment for the next day so I canceled work appointments to bring my mother and her cat back. The vet provided thoughtful care for Shalimar and let us know that had she been there the day of Shali's original appointment, she would have fit us in. But that day, 6/17, she was not there and they had a sub. The pet care seemed good, but as I originally wrote, how would clients experience that if their pet's exam and treatment gets canceled because they didn't inform their clients that appointments get randomly canceled with no communication if clients do not confirm via text or phone call?

Chose Sploot because it was close and my Cat needed a GI panel after her surgery done by MedVet. It was a Thursday afternoon appointment. It's in a mini mall so parking was horrendous because of the other businesses. Walked in at 12:45pm, the lobby is empty. There's a bell, rung the bell, nobody came out. A worker happened to be walking by and so us sitting in the lobby and said, "Let me get someone for you." A woman comes to the front desk and says, "My apologies, we are on lunch, but that's why we have this bell here." Told her I rang the bell, she says they didn't hear it. Red flag #1. We go until a waiting room, the Dr. comes in and seems totally lost as to why we were there, although I sent the recommendation from MedVet, it was obvious she never read it. Red flag #2. She tells me they're going to give me a prescription for IBS, mind you we were there to get the GI panel to determine if my cat had IBS or not. Red flag #3. After explaining that, she actually read the doctor's notes and said yes, let's see what the blood panel shows. They ended up drawing the blood but she comes back asking to do something else due to some values being low when my cat left MedVet 3 weeks prior. I declined. Of course her levels were low she just had major surgery. They then go and inspect two wounds my cat had. She comes back and says we have 2options, we can sedate and staple her wounds or we can just clip and clean them and give her an injection of antibiotic. I told her to clip and clean and give the antibiotic. My cat slept the next 24 hours and ate nothing. I called around 11am the next day to ask if this was normal and was told yes, just wait around 2pm and she should be back to normal. Around 3pm I'm in full panic mode because my cat hasn't eaten since Wednesday night 10pm, and is STILL SLEEPING and lethargic. Was told again, she should be ok by dinner. I called again an hour later and was told, this is not normal, the antibiotic shouldn't have that effect, bring her in immediately. There's no way I was taking my Cat back to that place. Luckily, I forced some water down her throat and she threw up a yellowish substance, a lot. After that, she went and ate and started drinking again and was back to normal. If you're serious about your animals health, this is NOT the place to take them.
