  If you're looking for a new vet or looking to establish care with a vet, this is absolutely the location and place to go! Dr. Henderson, Lydia, Laura, Danley, and the entire team at the Clybourn Vetco are absolutely phenomenal. I recently switched here from BondVet, and the experience has been a complete 180. I hate feeling like just another client or number to a business, but this team completely ruins that stereotype. They are so welcoming and personable that they actually know and remember my dogs by name. Every single visit goes perfectly. Service is quick, thorough, and incredibly affordable. What I appreciate most is their absolute honesty—they will straight-up tell you which products are actually worth it versus what is a waste of money, and they always suggest practical alternatives they’ve used and trust. They’re also amazing at helping you save money, proactively applying any discounts or sales they have running on medications or wellness products. To show you how much they genuinely care: my dog recently had an ER visit, and the very next day, this team texted me just to check in on him. I never feel like a bother or like I’m asking for too much here. Anytime I have a question, I get honest, real feedback. I recommend this location to everyone. I will never change vets unless Dr. Henderson leaves the practice!

  Dr. Henderson's warmth is what I was missing from my former Vet's office. She listened, was compassionate, and I felt like she cared. The receptionist and nurse were equally as kind. Very grateful for the first time visit coupon. Thank you!

  I always come back to this Vetco because everyone here is always so attentive and helpful. I've been to different vet clinics over the years and this one is genuinely the best. Dr. Henderson, Laura at the front desk, and Kuro were all great today! Never had a single problem with here, and I'll definitely keep bringing my cats here for their care 💕

  Very friendly staff from beginning to end. They listen to your concerns and answer your questions. I’m always on a budget and they work with me and give me informative information and I’m always able to get the best treatment my dog deserves. I highly recommend going to Vetco.

  TL;DR They took my puppy out of sight and did things to her that I didn’t agree to initially. They made a decision for me in order to charge me for the full visit instead of rescheduling. I came here for the puppy packages. They took my puppy in the back and proceeded to give her a round of vaccines from a package I did not agree to. They said it was because she was too young (by a week, even though they're the ones who scheduled the appointment two weeks prior) and instead of asking me if I would like to wait a week to keep her on the schedule that I was prepared to pay for, they gave her the shots and treatments from a previous package (that she already had done at her first vet visit) and then expected me to bring her back in two weeks for those same shots plus the ones she was missing (ostensibly they could not “split up,” the shots; the mobile clinic has done this for me before with no issue); all while paying at least another $220. I wanted to take her here for the benefit of seeing a vet but I never even got to speak to a vet in person for a wellness check during this visit (which was just about $200 total) I feel like they steam rolled me and then gaslit me into just being okay with it. It left a horrific taste in my mouth and I will not be bringing her back here.
