  This was the worst experience I've had since bringing Tangy there over the years!! The grooming was horrible..she wasn't combed or brushed. Her toenails were not clipped properly plus to pay 81.00 and to keep her for 5 hours is a disgrace for how she looked. The haircut was terrible. Plus all the times I look for the perks for grooming your cashier's act as if I'm speaking a different language! Grooming services has fallen off and the workers should know what they're doing instead of standing around and talking!!! Totally disappointed and petco no longer has my service. This so call service was completed on May 8 3026

  Very disappointed with the lack of accountability at this Petco Grooming location. I dropped my niece’s dog off for grooming and was called within an hour saying he was ready. At drop-off, staff were already telling customers they had no kennel availability, which concerned me. When I picked him up, I initially noticed his face looked uneven, but after inspecting him more closely at home, I found multiple bald spots on both sides of his neck, the back of his legs, and his chest. I called the store and brought him back to discuss my concerns. Instead of acknowledging what happened, I was given several different explanations, including his hair being “too thin,” a possible issue with the blades, and his hair pattern. While I understand mistakes can happen, I was disappointed that no one took accountability or offered a clear explanation or resolution. What surprised me most is that this was the same groomer who had previously done such a great job with him. That made this experience even more unexpected. I will be speaking with management and hope they address both the grooming quality and customer service concerns.

  Groomer Jesse truly know what he is doing, my Cody looked very good an he has arthritis in back hips and I’m so pleased how he look

  This is the best Petco for grooming and caring for your pet. My little dog Jax Is 15 years old and I only trust him to Bridget at Petco. She’s very Gentle, Patient and loving. She loves and cares for my little dog as if he’s her own and that’s what I care about. Five stars to Bridget.
