  Customer service was a 10 plus I called on the phone to ask a question and she placed me on hold to check and she returned to the phone to further assist me, she was very fast for the wait,very professional, kind to explain questions and asked to further assist me i came to the store on 96 and western she was very polite very fast in helping me with my items and very clean and professional dressed like she needs a raise.

  I’m a regular at Petco. Everything from Vetco on Sundays to grooming every six weeks with Jesse the groomer who is phenomenal with my three Pomeranians, I’m always at Petco. The majority of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. they are always willing to take time out to inform me of various products and services. There is even willing to listen to my animal stories. They genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs.

  The Salesman man who was walking the store was very helpful. Once I got to the front with cashier it was different. The cashier was unpleasant and wasn’t helpful with a question I asked.

  Everyone here is friendly! I love that I can order online and pick up within a short period of time. They are awesome and really care about your pets!
