  Y'all should stop selling dried out plants for full price. I'm very disappointed with your product, you can do better.

  I purchased JustFoodForDogs food from the freezer section at the Petco in Evergreen Park, Illinois, on September 23, 2026. I went in looking for a recommendation, and an associate suggested this product. After getting home, I opened it and gave some to my dog. While putting it away, I noticed the package had an expiration date of August 7, 2026. I immediately called the store and was told I could bring it back for a replacement. I will return it, but I will not be purchasing another one. I am very concerned that expired food was still available for sale, especially since my dog had already eaten some. I truly hope she does not get sick.

  I shop here for my turtle a lot and i don’t think im ever going back. I understand that people have bad days but every. single. time. I go there the employees on the food look miserable and confused on what they are supposed to do. I should not know more than the employees, and I see the same people when i go!! They also attempt to ridiculously upsale on horrible products

  My daughter and I had a horrible experience with the grooming department. The haircut for our dog did not meet expectations and the haircut was not what we had agreed upon. He was a fluffy dog and Sarah shaved him nearly bald after confirming with me that he was not matted. The manager Jessica was rude and condescending. Communication was unprofessional, lacked empathy, and was not clear. Our favorite groomers were not available. However, we were assured that the our dog would be fine and that the available groomer was experienced. Again, I was assured that our dog would be fine. He wasn't. Jasmine intervened with empathy and understanding. Thank God for her.
