  Myself and other customers had a hard time finding staff to help. They seem super understaffed. But the staff person that did end up helping me was so knowledgeable and patient and very helpful

  Our pets get groomed here & Zen who has been grooming my daughter and sons dog for years is the best. She has so much patience, esc with my daughters dog who does not like anyone touching his paws or nails. She is amazing!!!

  This is specifically about the VETCO inside. I brought my puppy in for a rabies vaccine. They asked me to arrive 10 mins early, which I did. They took his weight and then had me add more vaccines for him to get today. THEN I sat in the room for 45 mins until I came out and asked how much longer until we will be seen. Not once did anyone say they are running behind, no communication at all. When I asked if I can reschedule another day, the girl at the desk got annoyed and said we can’t let him go without doctor approval because he got his vaccines and needs his follow up exam. EXCEPT WE SAT IN THE ROOM AND THEY DID NOTHING. IF I DIDNT COME OUT, THEY WOULD HAVE LEFT US FOR ANOTHER 45+ mins with NO communication. The girl then asked the doctor and I can hear them 5 feet away and the doctor said she forgot about us and we can leave because no vaccines were administered (WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE DURING OUR WAIT).
