  They had what I needed. Employees were responsive, friendly, and helpful. They don't have the selection that PetSmart has in the area, but the shopping experience is much better.

  I’m still in shock at the treatment I received at this location. I’m not sure if the groomer was having a bad day, generally an unkind person, or racist. Upon checking in, the groomer was very rude, cold, and unwelcoming. I was told I would receive a call when it was time to pick up my pup and that it would take 2-3 hours. I never received a call. When I came to pick my dog up 3 hours later, the groomer was extremely rude and accused me of lying about not receiving a call. I will never return to this location and would not trust my dog in her care. This happened 2 months ago and my plans were to never go to this location again, but I discovered she also put an unwarranted restriction on my account to prevent me from booking with Petco again. Needless to say I will keep my loyalties with Pet Smart from now on. I also see now that at least one other black woman had a similar experience so I assume this is a pattern of behavior. I hope management deals with this accordingly before it results in a lawsuit.

  Petco is very helpful with the love & compassion if their animals. They take time to do the research of even their fish. I love the staffing's positive support for each individual pets needs.

  I didn't go to Petco. I went to Family Dollar. They had what I needed.

  Review from my cat: My first visit to a store. Many things of interest. Especially enjoyed birds. Hind legs got tired watching birds. Considering moving cat trees closer to birds? Consider releasing the birds and also the rats? Just ideas.
