  I bought my dog for bath, but young Indian girls, want getting grooming, but I just grooming last month, I’m getting grooming again in months, please be careful this place, they just want to scam your money, they doing anything it takes to getting more money from you, please don’t bring in your pets there to services at western/ Granville Ave

  Every time I go to this location, there is never an employee at the registers. I always have to wait and find someone to call an employee to come check me out

  They need to fix the hour schedule because I was there at 9:00 this morning and they say they don't open till 10:00 🤦 WTH get it together people 🤷🤦🤷🤦

  Bad customer service. Asked an employe for help finding something and he just pointed and said over there somewhere. I ended up leaving without buying anything. I was obviously lost and confused.

  I lived in the neighborhood and i usually take my kids there to buy toys for my dogs, but today i have a horrible experience with one of the worker there. Per usual i took my kids there to look for toys that I can buy for our dogs. My kids was looking around and touching some of the toys and one worker come up to me start complaining, “if you bring ur kids here you need to look after them and dont let them touch anything here!” Ummmm excuse me???? Its a pet store where ppl come in and look for things that they need and touching them to see if they want to buy it or no, but the worker said we cant touch any of the stuff then why should we even come here and buy anything there? Whats a horrible worker with a rude attitude. This place is a 3 minutes walk from our house but in the future i would rather drive a 10 mins ride than coming to this place with a worker that have such a rude attitude to customers.
