- CCC6 days ago1.0I stood at the empty counter today waiting for an employee to ring me up. They were helping another customer and proceeded to walk with them to check-out at another register. I turned around and saw that others had already gathered in line behind that customer. How do you not see a customer standing there and proceed to take an entire line that came after me instead? None of these employees ever ask if you need help or anything.

I still unprofessional always canceling appointments on the same day you’re supposed to go every single time it never fails. they want you to work on their time when I booked the appointment over a week ago and they called the same day. Say we can’t do it. The groomer is not gonna be here who does that. These people are so unprofessional. I would not recommend these people at all.
