  I’ve been going to Petco for 9 years for my husky. No issues, but every time I groom him here, there is an issue. I’m out of town for an emergency and a family member took him to keep the appointment. There was several miscommunications and when I called to try and sort out, groomer put manager on without my ask. Things could’ve been on up until this point. The manager cut me off while speaking, was rude and hung up on me before getting to the bottom of the situation. I didn’t even need him I needed clarification. He went ahead and deferred me from all Petco’s? Can someone do that? Again, didn’t ask for him, never have issues at my local Petco, always this one. Any staff or manager who thinks that’s how you listen and handle a situation should not be in management. The last time we groomed my husky here, he was done too soon which I communicated he was, which I was met with an attitude with. The reason I’m confused, mad and writing this today is because like I said, I’m out of town and dealing with a similar situation happening again… same location. So below this review, I will be attaching a photo of the last time he got groomed and deshedded, when I took him home and was pulling clumps of fur out of his coat, where you can see he’s still clearly shedding his winter coat from behind. Malting and patchy. There’s no denying it! Sent pics to the former manager and he even refunded the whole service agreeing. Imagine getting hung up on and deferred from Petco for trying to figure out a miscommunication and wrong doing on their end! Always THIS location too. What a shame.

  I spent more than 20 minutes in the store going up and down aisles and I eventually had to ask for assistance and he didn't know a lot about bunnies. It was disappointing.

  I love this location!! Thank you Ms Tabrina!! (That’s my girl! Lol) and staff for always being so helpful and knowledgeable. Since the first day I shopped here I was greeted with the best welcome ever and congratulations on becoming a cat mama lol Bo loves all his treats and toys and I know we are ALWAYS in great hands shopping at this location. I highly suggest if this is your local Petco give them a try you’ll be back every time! Phenomal customer service it’s really nice to know people care and want to extend that . This whole staff goes above and beyond everytime even when I watch them interact with others and that’s truly what’s up!
