  I love this Petco and all the staff in it. It’s conveniently located, the staff are super friendly, and my dog loves going here. Please don’t close this store.

  I love this location of Petco. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I find what I need. My brother always loved the groomers here too before he moved.

  I went to this store to get some catnip for my new kitty and was very saddened by the cramped spaces for birds, mammals and reptiles. Many seemed to want attention and many seemed very quiet and lonely. I don't necessarily have an issue w selling pet supplies but would strongly encourage Petco to stop selling live animals. It's inhumane to the animals and only encourages pet farms who are often abusive. Feel free to check out articles on the Peta website.

  The staff here is always very helpful and friendly! They definitely make the long drive worth it as the Petco that used to be closest to me closed and the smaller Petco's nearby never have what I need in stock. Also, since they closed down the other larger Petco on the Northwest side of the city, this is the only Petco in the Chicagoland area that I can find the specific food, treats, etc. for my cat. She's on a special diet and this store fortunately has a ton of variety for cats (including food, toys, litter, etc.), so I've been able to find options for her locally through this store. I've been to other pet stores by me (including other Petcos), but they are either smaller and have more limited selections, or tend to focus mostly on dogs with a tiny section for cats. If this store closes, I'll likely have to resort to shopping online for all my cat's needs (and those sites usually require bulk orders of cans of wet food, making it harder to get the things she needs without breaking the bank - at this store I can buy them individually for her to try 😊).

  The cashier did an excellent job as I asked we more bone broth will be stocked. She was extremley helpful and explained that she could enter an order and the 5 container was shipped for free. To my surprise they arrived already within 2 days. Thanks for the great customer service.
