  I dropped off my puppy for his trial early in the morning (like recommended). I reached out for an update and had a brief call on his day. I was very excited as this was our first time having him at a doggy daycare. When we picked up my puppy up at the end of the day we noticed he looked so sad and very down, which alerted me. I reached out to ask if he was fed recently to which they responded, no and that next time it would be an additional charge and we have to request it. I can’t believe no body fed him and that this wasn’t part of the conversation on the phone. I’m extremely disappointed and the thought of him not being fed hurts me! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. There was never any communication about this “charge” which I wouldn’t mind paying at all! I care more about my puppy being fed than money. Truly disappointed.

  Canine Crews is the best. We’ve used them for cat boarding, dog boarding, DDC, and training for our rat terrier that’s a punk. The crew has always been super nice and genuinely loves animals.

  We love Canine Crews and trust the staff wholeheartedly with our dog whether it’s daycare, boarding, or grooming! We’ve had a wonderful experience.

  Great cat boarding experience! Easy to set up, our cat had her own cute “condo” and staff played with her daily. Cats are boarded in a separate room completely away from the dogs.

  Canine Crews is a very special place. I've brought my dog Piper here for daycare for the past six months, and she absolutely loves it (based on how excited she is when I drop her off). The staff are amazing - it's clear they love their jobs, and they love the dogs. The staff members are caring, kind, and so committed to giving each dog the best care while they are there. I had done a lot of research on daycare places that fit what I was looking for, and I kept reading about the staff at Canine Crews. Now I know why. If I have a question about how Piper is doing, they will know. I also love how structured each day is to give the dogs the best experience (vs. standing around in a room). It's also great because I can get other services for Piper while she is there (i.e. bath, grooming, toenails clipped). I am thrilled that I found Canine Crews, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for daycare for their dog.
