The past ~45 days the front desk service has declined to the point that I’m canceling my membership and shifting my business to Krisers. Note to the franchise owner; allowing your staff to set arbitrary hours is not customer friendly and makes for unnecessarily difficult phone conversations and long on hold wait times while “the off duty manager’s opinion is being sought”.
