  2 stars for being able to get my dog in on short notice when needed and for the experienced Tech that was honest and more clear than the doctors. After over a year of leaving the office confused every time about what was going on or what I needed to do next we finally switched vets. The last straw was dropping off a sample for urinalysis and having someone call and ask what we brought it for, then having our actual vet call days later and say they just didn’t scroll down far enough in the chart to know what additional tests were needed so we’d need to do another test, bring another sample in, and pay another $120. This was after they sent us home with a cancer diagnosis that our new vet confirmed there is no evidence of. I get that corporate practices are doing their best while having their labor hours slashed and having to see a wild number of pets per day but this is the result. If I can’t trust the entire practice to communicate clearly and work efficiently, I can’t trust you with my pets care.

  I planned on writing a review ages ago but needed some time. In December of last year, we had to lay our cat Fiona to rest. It was really hard on myself and my partner but I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Novak and the care that was given to not only Fiona but us as well. We had a private euthanasia and also had the private cremation done. We are happy to have a piece of our beloved cat with us forever and can’t thank Dr. Novak enough for taking care of us. My one and only complaint in Bond Vet using an AI phone operator to reach someone at the location. Otherwise, we would use Bond Vet again in the future.

  Kiwi needed to get checked asap and unfortunately his regular vet couldn’t see him the same day . And with just a call and no appointment they told me to bring him in and I did. Once I got there I only Had to wait less than 5 minutes for them to take him in and they checked him and we were out from there in less than 30 minutes relieved. Thank you ❤️

  Bond Vet has such a caring and attentive staff. They make hard visits smooth, and have such a gorgeous space which makes all the difference in the world. Could not recommend enough!! Thank you to every care giver who has seen our Rue girl!

  Love this location! A year or so ago, one of our cats needed a hygienic shave, and she needed it immediately. I called around to so many vets trying to get a last second appointment for her and none were available. BondVet Lakeview was happy to take her ASAP. She is usually very scared and hostile at the vet, but their professionalism and care kept her unusually calm. I moved all three of our cats records over to them pretty soon after. We now go once a month for one of our other cats preventative shots. The pricing is reasonable, the doctors are knowledgeable and the staff is incredibly kind. Thank you Lakeview!!!
