- ADAdrian DavisSep 21, 20261.0This place is more concerned with making $ than seeing your pet. The initial “free” exam doesn’t happen in front of you although you select an in office visit, and they won’t see your pet without selling you every plan they have, as well as don’t offer any comprehensive information if you don’t pay $300 for bloodwork and $600 for X-rays. I would not recommend this place at all, and I would highly urge you to take your pet somewhere they will be cared for.
- AFAnica FSep 9, 20262.0I will say the new kitten program is worth the price especially with the spay. OAN: I never saw a vet the entire year. I know she didn't need to see a vet each visit but I NEVER saw a vet or vet tech the entire year I sent my kitten here not even after the spay. I received a message on my phone. When I went to pick her up from her spay I was told she had fleas. They gave her a capstar. Capstar only kills the live fleas on your pet. I asked if I could buy revolution from them to treat my pet, the young lady told me they didn't sell it. I asked so what do u recommend? I was told OTC Frontline. Which is a joke because Frontline doesn't recommend buying their products OTC because they do not insure they will work unless u purchase them from your veterinarian. After I stated this she recommended a medication via chewy. Once again a medication I would need a Rx for that they wasn't supplying. I asked what medicine they had in house to purchase and I was told none. I'm confused how a "veterinarian" facility doesn't offer flea medication for a pet. Please don't come under my post stating you offer this and that because if that was the case I would've purchased it the day I got her spayed. So if you are ok with NEVER seeing a vet and just dropping your pet off and pick them up with just talking to a staff member this is the place for you and your pet.
- GMGlenda MaldonadoSep 8, 20261.0On April 16th, 2026 I took my Baby in because I was concerned for his health. They kept him to run some test and x-rays. Diagnosis: Congenital Heart Failure. They prescribe meds and scheduled a 2 week follow up. We return April 30th, he gets checked, I was told meds are working, he should be fine. I asked, what was his life expectancy with the medication, DR. JACKSON proceeded to tell me "He will live a normal life with medication!" They send me home and told me to scheduled an appointment in six months... So the appointment would have been in October, BUT MY BABY PASSED AWAY LAST WEEK. They lie to people and give us false hope. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
