The staff were very polite, patient, and quick, the veterinarian was excellent at explaining my dog’s condition and care, they were extremely helpful explaining what was being done and the care he needed, the nurse told me about a plan that was very helpful and cheap saved me a lot of money for his shots and care plan. I will definitely recommend for your pets care

Dr Jackson and Dr Savage are absolutely the best for the job. The love they have for my dog (all pets) is unconditional true love from the heart. I'LL BE BACK! (Arnold Schwarzenegger voice).

horrible experience. on june 30th i went in for the free first visit coupon since my cat has been itching his face and ears to the point he’s breaking the skin. i went in thinking it might be ear mites. though i booked an appointment for 3pm in room they called me and said they would probably need more time with him. and asked me to drop him off at 10:45am. THEY KEPT HIM FOR 6 HOURS. just to do a dang physical, the ear mite test and vaccines. that does NOT take 6 hours. i dropped him off at 10:40am and it was already around 3:40pm. i called the clinic TWICE! both times no answer. they finally called me back 30 mins later. the vet said he looks healthy and he probably has seasonal allergies and they would prescribe me medication. i am on disability and have no job so i told them that and asked them to write the medication names down so i can purchase it elsewhere. she said “of course, i understand” they told me i could pick up my cat and i did. it was now about 4:30pm. they didn’t tell me anything else, like how he was having an allergic reaction to the vaccines just “here’s loki” and “can i email you the receipt?” i said yes. they didn’t even tell me the after care summary is on their online portal and sent me home. when i took my cat out of the carrier he looked 10x worse than when i dropped him off. he was intensely chewing on his paws, his face looked puffy and he could barely open his eyes. i called the vet again to ask what medication i can give him that i have in the house they said to give him 4mg of children’s benadryl so i did. i only found out he was having an allergic reaction to the vaccines because i googled his symptoms. my cat was THIS close to going into anaphylactic shock and they didn’t have the gull to tell me. and THEN i look at the after visit summary; no medication names and i know why they opted out, because they wanted me to buy it from their pharmacy for 300x how much its worth. don’t go here if you’re on fixed income because they don’t treat you or your pet like they matter. horrible horrible inhumane experience. and i am diagnosed with ocd so my anxiety was off the charts all day along with my poor 7y/o baby’s.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Baldwin! From the moment she walked into the exam room, I could tell she genuinely cared about my dog, Seven. She took the time to address every single concern I had without ever making me feel rushed. She explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the “why” behind every recommendation. We discussed Seven’s arthritis, and she explained how cartilage naturally deteriorates over time while reassuring me that, thanks to his Dasuquin, he has excellent range of motion. She thoroughly examined him and told me his body frame, shoulders, elbows, and skin all look great. She even smiled and said he looks like a little baby instead of a grown dog, which absolutely made my day! We also talked about Seven’s anxiety. Dr. Baldwin educated me on the research supporting Prozac for dogs with anxiety and explained how it can improve their quality of life. She even shared that her own dog takes Prozac, which made me feel much more comfortable with the treatment plan. She also reviewed how and when to use his trazodone during periods of increased anxiety. She noticed that Seven’s Cytopoint injection has been working well for his environmental allergies, so she administered another dose and explained what to expect over the next several weeks. One of my favorite moments was when Seven started crying while we were talking. Instead of brushing it off, she recognized that his anxiety was showing and acknowledged exactly what he was experiencing. That level of compassion meant so much to me. She also celebrated Seven’s progress after he lost 1.2 pounds and encouraged me to keep up the work I’ve been doing with his diet. It felt like she was just as invested in his health as I am. Finding a veterinarian who is knowledgeable is important, but finding one who is knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and genuinely passionate about animals is priceless. Dr. Baldwin exceeded every expectation I had, and I left feeling confident that Seven is in the best hands. I’m so grateful we found her, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.
