And replaced them, and made sure we got a good amount to take home. Then babysat them while we shopped! Absolutely amazing customer service!

I showed a picture of what I wanted due to the type of dog and coat she has and was told it could be done and they've done it before. Upon picking up my dog, they completely shaved her. She was terrified. When I asked what happened, the employee was very rude and said that's all they could do . She looked awful. Nothing like what was supposed to be done. I didn't get a phone call or anything letting me know they couldn't do what I asked. There was no talking to the employee to come to a resolution. I'm hoping my dog's hair is not destroyed and will grow back properly.
