- JTJuanita Trevino2 days ago4.0This visit I had a little issue with African American woman in from seemed like she had a bit of an attitude. So I was alittle uncomfortable, I always try to be pleasant, I myself work with the public. And then the nurse called us back and then my visit was better very professional and it was where I felt my baby was being cared for with the care . But when I was driving home . I thought maybe I should go to a different local , just because of one person . And I said no !! The rest of the team has been very professional.

The cost was very reasonable and the doc answered all our questions. She was warm and thoughtful and Juno is on her way to recovery. The location is also much cleaner than the Crestwood one. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my dogs back here for appointments!

I took my new pup here for his first set of vaccinations, the vet and assistant were both patient with my family and pup especially with answering all the questions we had. I scheduled my next appointment before leaving the office. Two weeks later the office calls to confirm the 2pm appointment, I confirmed it. A day before the appointment I get a text reminding me about the appointment but the time texted was for 3pm..a hour later. I called the office to see what was going on with the times because I have other plans for the evening. The black receptionist that answered the phone was VERY RUDE and irritated by my questions I’m guessing. I asked is the 2pm slot I originally was scheduled for still available. She replies “whatever you want, 2pm it is” and hangs up!!! Whew lmao just disgusting!

They were able to get us in the same day when our regular vet couldn’t, which already made a huge difference—especially for my 17-year-old cat, Mackenzie. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful. The nurse was so kind and really listened, and the doctor was amazing—super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain all our options without rushing. It truly felt like they cared, not just about the situation, but about Mackenzie as an older cat. I left feeling really supported and confident in her care, which means everything.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
