- ZOZuriely OcantoJul 1, 20261.0I took my dog to Petco for a grooming appointment, and it was a very disappointing experience. The haircut was done very poorly and was completely uneven. Even worse, they cut my dog's skin during the grooming process. My dog left injured and clearly uncomfortable. I trusted that my dog would be in the hands of professionals, but the result showed a lack of care and attention. I hope Petco reviews its grooming procedures and provides better training to its staff so no other pet owner has to go through this. I definitely would not recommend this grooming service.

We felt unwelcome from the moment we approached her. She spoke to us disrespectfully and even implied that we were not telling the truth, which was very upsetting. The way we were treated was completely different from what customers should expect. Management should address this behavior and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and fairness.

Took the pup to pets mart. Had no issues. They took care of it all This place was filthy as well. Pet waste all over with no one cleaning. And like I said disrespectful staff. Stay away. Beware
