  I wish I would have taken my cat anywhere else. She died here and based off of all interactions following, I feel they did not do the right things for her. Dr. Linton was her vet and when she called to tell me, she was cold when she delivered the news that we just lost our baby. We didn't even get to say goodbye, we didn't know this would be the last time we saw her alive. They also lost her fur and gave me what looks like another cat's clipping. Its the bare minimum amount of "her" fur, like it was cut in a way the owners wouldn't notice, not sheared from a body. They originally said they were waiting for it to come back from Kurrus, but I called Kurrus and they confirmed it's not there. I called back and was told "oh, yeah, it's been next to me the whole time, they just didn't have time to put it in a fur keeper." ...my cats loose fur was just sitting on a desk next to the administrator? Sure, that's exactly where I'd keep it for the four days it was there while waiting on the cremation. Also it's funny to me how the girls are always "too busy" to do things like send charts or to keep fur of loved ones safe, but every time I've gone in, they've been all chatty about their nails and personal lives up at the front desk. As a healthcare worker myself, there's no excuse for what happened with her fur. I don't usually write bad reviews, but everyone's reactions when I told them what vet I went to solidified it was the wrong move. Take your cats somewhere else.

  Not being from the area our cat was needing relief by euthanasia, they got us in the same day. We're extremely kind and professional. Their cottage made the already horrible situation for our family feel a tad bit more peaceful. The vet and the tech were amazing and very accommodating given the circumstances. Thank you for allowing Zalem a graceful end up life.

  Heartless and inconsiderate front desk employees who need more life experience to work through a person-centered approach. Money, money, money baby that is their reason why they work here. They are rude and classless, too young to live with a gentle heart. Yuck. I will find another vet.

  Outdated methods for handling cats. Scruff and shake is not appreciated. Never going back again. Horrible place. Worst vet I've ever been to. Gives incorrect and outdated information. Treats animals like objects. Only in it for the money.

  I found a stray kitten and they were wonderful at helping get him up to par on his health. I look forward to seeing them again
