  This vet truly cares about pets. The costs are reasonable and the vets are knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more!

  I really like this place. They are always very good about taking care of my cat when I bring her in, the scheduling is prompt, the technicians and doctors are great, and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you for exceptional service and helping every time I need it.

  I genuinely had no issues with the vet and their care towards my senior cat. HOWEVER the front desk children are super rude. No customer service skills, condescending (which is wild cuz y'all are like 5)'and often don't even speak until I have to like FORCE them to say a damn word when I walked in. And no I'm facing even more constant issues currently and we were just relocated outside of the state! They're always horrible at sending me my own paperwork for whatever reason and that's not gotten better. it's been constant fight getting them to transfer her paperwork to my new vet, even asked them "well what's wrong with the cat, what're you doing, why do you need this" Non of y'all's business?? Someone needs to train those kids who are answering the calls how to not be rude . I shouldn't have to call and demand them to send my file to me and my vet. I will say the first vet that worked there I loved but the newest one is incredibly slow, and not very good at her job tbh. She didn't want to do any addition testing which if she had we would have caught more serious things much faster for my 16 year old cat. Glad I finally don't have to deal with y'all. At least they are cheap? But I'd pay much more for even a slightly better experience, hell a better trained and actually kind/friendly front desk team. So 🤷🏼‍♀️

  After year of bringing my dog here it's time to explore other options. I missed one appointment and was told I now had to pay a deposit that wouldn't be deducted from services. That was a problem for me and I asked to speak to the administrator. The receptionist who took my call was very rude. She told me the administrator would give me a call. Weeks later still no call. At this point my dog is now overdue for shots and is a hairy mess because I can't have her groomed without updated vaccinations. I called back. Now I'm being told the fee does come out of the services provided which is awesome no problem. However, the way in which the entire situation was handled was very unprofessional. Given all the waisted time, miscommunication on their end, and the lack of following up as promised they should be working with me to get her in. Instead the administrator gets on the phone and immediately gets to talking at me about the fee when that was never really the problem it was the rudeness and miscommunication. The way she got on that phone talking at me not even giving me a chance to speak I can see why her staff is like that. After all that I am being told I have to wait another week to get her in. RUN from this place if you care at all about your fur babies. They don't even treat them in front of you they always pull them out the room. Who knows what they are doing back there to be honest. Im so upset at how they treat a loyal customer. 🤬 Since this review has been posted Dr. Linton has removed me from their office. That is fine as I never wanted to return just wanted my dog to be up to date on shots. Crazy how they conduct business. If you voice the truth they get upset instead of fixing the problem.
