I’ve been bringing our dog to Healthy Pet for over 5 years now and have always been happy with both groomers we’ve had. Atlas was rude and abrasive and I was getting flash back to a groomer we dealt with Petco 6 or so years back in Naperville. Wondering if it is the same person? He claimed 15 years of grooming experience but didn’t know the first thing about customer service or being respectful. Unlike John, just the initial exchange put me off to the point that I no longer felt comfortable getting my dog groomed by him. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING EITHER.

They're always willing to order items for you if they aren't normally in store. Stephanie is particularly helpful and outgoing.
