  We bought 2 birds and they both died. One 10 days after buying and the other 2 weeks after buying. I feel so bad they were such sweeties. Now my kids are so overwhelmed and so saddened.

  John who works here has changed the lives of one of our dogs that's super food picky. He's spent a lot of time talking to me building the perfect nutritional program for Midas. He's also helped with our older cat helping me get weight on her. He is the reason I am 100% loyal to the company. Give the guy a raise! I should add that all of the guys who work here are super.

  Bought some high calorie puree kitten food for a cat that was getting too thin (and had upper respiratory problems). Most things are overpriced, but there's lots of choices and polite helpful staff.

  Had a fantastic experience today trying to find a different varieties of freeze dried raw food from my very picky kitty. The lady on the floor who is busy stocking shelves, so give me a minute and I'll help you. She walked me through the store which had been recently remodeled to find Options. Great recommendations, great information above and beyond! give that lady a bonus! All the staff there are always really helpful, smiley and fun. There's two guys that look alike and kind of resemble Bill Burr. I love them too.
