  I don't usually leave negative reviews. I actually normally like shopping at this location, it's close to home, clean and normally has friendly staff but I won't be coming back here anytime soon. I walked in for a bag of creature soil for my tortoise(I bought her from here last year) I was browsing around looking at the animals when an employee walked up and asked if I wanted to adopt the cats I was looking at. I said no I was just looking and pointed to the sign and said the kitten had been adopted anyway and I was just congratulating him. I starting looking at the other kitten when she rudely went "he's not available either" so I said okay and walked away. I was then browsing around and stopped to look at the parrots. Now I can read his sign that says new to the store shy, but adoptable and his price tag read 899.99. I was literally playing with him, watching his cute little head bob to my whistles when again this lady came out of nowhere and went "he's not adoptable ma'am". At this point I left without purchasing anything. I reread the sign and became frustrated that this lady was even bothering me, I didn't ask for help, or assistance at all. I came in, stated I was just looking when she bothered me about the cats, I felt like the lady made it her personal job to just ruin my trip/bother me with her negativity. I wasn't even in the store for 5 minutes. And I probably won't be back as I don't want to walk into a store knowing what I needed and deciding to look around and get told every 2 secs "don't bother" basically. She literally kept appearing out of nowhere. I didn't ask to be bothered.
