  I absolutely love bringing my sassy tortie Roxy here every month for her nail trims! 🐱💅 Stacie and her team are always so friendly, patient, and gentle with her, which makes the whole experience stress-free. 💕🐾 They do a wonderful job and always treat my sweet girl with care. This Petco also has Vetco, where I’ve brought all three of my cats for routine vaccinations and services. 🩺🐈 Scheduling is easy, reminders are helpful, and getting the results is always convenient. Highly recommend this location! ⭐🐾

  Not sure of the gentleman's name who was at the register, but I asked him for some help with puppy traing treats and instead of just pointing me in the general direction he just said follow me and he took me right there and even gave me some help as to what was good for my pups. Great service and VERY FREINDLY people when I go to the Algonquin location.

  The assistance I reveived was so far above and beyond. The young man actually got a chair for me, as I was obviously having issue. He took the time to help me navigate through the options of items I needed. Then, to top it off, made sure I was getting the discount available. One might say, "this their job"....This is true, however, the treatment Inreveived was notably better than what seems to be acceptable these days. I feel awful I cannot remember his name, when I do, I will post it and also make a point to contact the store to make positive comments. I think it is important to take time to recognize people and efforts when they make a difference. 😄

  DO NOT GO TO THIS PETCO OR ANY PETCOS FOR THAT MATTER IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR DOG TO GET CUT BY GROOMERS. Petco is known for having inexperienced groomers and not handling animals with the proper care. My dad took my dog in for a regular grooming and came back with two cuts that cut and shaved her skin. The groomers did not even let us know. I have told my dad multiple times to not go to petco because of this reason due to the fact that they do not care nor did they even let us know about the incident. Spend the extra money and go to a PROFESSIONAL groomer. Seriously do better petco yall suck for real.
