  So far so good with the dog grooming department they get a (4) star rating. As far as the store women manager goes, upon making the appointment it was after 5:00 pm and all the pet groomers were gone so the store manager of Twin Falls, Idaho, I asked her if there were any discount or specials going on for dog nail trims her reaply right away was no, upon bringing my dogs in to get their nails trim by appointmet I found out after paying full price that there was specials going on. My point is, if a store manager is not aware of any specials and there was then that manager needs more trianning. It's hard as it is being on a very tight fixed income and I felt I was deceived my this very young women store manager. I was given by the pet groomer a printed out flyer why is it that your store manager was not aware of this? I rate her with a (2) needs more trainning.

  Horrible! The agreed time was delayed by one hour late in the afternoon before. Registration was awkward and after 3 1/2 hours we were told that the person grooming the dogs was at lunchg and we should come back in four hours. When we complained we were told it was standard practice to take 4 hours per dog. Our grooming experience at Petco in Boise has been incredible. You won't need to remind me never to go back to Petco Twin Falls, ID.

  It was horrible the groomer cut my dog I had to take her to the vet for antibiotics. The customer service was terrible. I made a follow up appointment for my dogs 8 weeks out. I called to confirm and they had no record of my dogs, or that appointment was ever made. They were extremely rude and not willing to help. Don't waste your money go somewhere else.

  If there was a negative I would give it. Been bringing my dogs here for a while however today will be the last time . Tried calling me and the vet tech a liar my dog has a hot spot was taken to the vet and checked for ringworm and it was negative was given antibiotics I told petco that and then was told they called my vet to verify. They are only allowed to verify vaccinations nothing else said the vet couldn't confirm what I said. I called the vet again and that's not what the vet told jamie at petco. Jamie then proceeded to yell at me on the phone and basically called me a liar. I will never set foot back in this store and they lost my grooming business for good.
