- LBlisa brimAug 7, 20262.0ANXIOUS DOGS NOT WELCOME! I scheduled an appointment on short notice and explained that I needed my Australian Shepherd groomed for a work project with a short deadline. They assured me that they could do it. What they neglected to tell me is they are not equipped to groom anxious dogs. I took in both of my dogs in and only my Malamute was groomed. Causing me to miss my dead line. Had they told me before hand I would not have scheduled an appointment with them. Definitely won't be using them in the future.

Wrong size tiny containers for Beta fish, frogs, etc. This company MUST STOP their inhumane practice of selling live animals, horrible and irresponsible. Again STOP selling live animals especially the desk top pets, horrible conditions for living animals/tarantulas/frogs/fish etc. I will never shop or support this company again!!! 0 stars if possible!!

Not even an inch of substrate for burrowing species, and nothing for your arboreal species to climb on. It’s so sad walking in and seeing them stuck in something that has no resemblance of their natural habitat. All the same enclosures with minimal substrate and a random fake plant. Makes me want to buy them to give them a better life, but I also don’t want to give you guys incentive to continue to sell them if this is how they will be kept. Please do better.
