  Probably the worst Vet in Eastern Idaho. They are very greedy and don't fix the correct issue with the animal and then prescribes the wrong medication. If you wanna get your animal killed or waste money, this is definitely the best option. If you want a happy prosperous animal I suggest you go somewhere else in town. (P.S. this place has so many open spots for a reason)

  So disappointing. The nurse requested the wrong medication, which is not refundable or returnable. The front desk lady repeated the same information the vet told me as if the vet did not tell me in the first place. They gave us no apology for the error or double payments.

  DO NOT LET DIKE TOUCH YOUR PUP Absolutely awful and extremely bad mannered and very passive aggressive to us and our pups. Jennifer Dike is an absolutely awful excuse as a human and a vet. We let them know that our newest pup had come from a home and had some aggressive and possessive behaviors we were working on and let them know. Our previous vet used peanut butter to help her and she didn’t notice a thing and we also let them know that. We asked for a treat distraction like peanut butter and they said they didn’t have it. Dike then immediately started man handling our reactive 7 month old pup, grabbing at her mouth and throat (which is also very stupid considering Pomeranians are know for collapsing tracheas and nothing is to go around their necks) Obviously our pup freaked out and Dike very loudly said “this dog needs a muzzle” before even making out the door, presumably to try and make us feel bad and be a poor excuse of a doctor and a behemoth jerk of a person. And magically peanut butter was suddenly found and also so was a muzzle which Dike forced on our pup. At this point our pup was now traumatized and frightened and didn’t even want the peanut butter. Dike then talked all about how amazing muzzles were and how we should have already been training with them. If you’re a bad vet just say that, if you’re an awful person go work as a janitor, and lastly our last vet was very competent, kind, sweet and our pup never ever needed anything more than some love and kindness which Dike seems to be devoid of. DO NOT let her touch your pups. She’ll scar them for life. -100 experience. Also we paid out so much to be treated with so little respect. May she be treated how she treats her patients and their parents. Horrid experience

  GO ANYWHERE ELSE OR MAKE SURE YOUR VET ISNT MS.DIKE My girlfriend and I took our 7 month old Pomeranian there for her last booster shot. Previous to this she has gotten multiple shots (5-6 if my memory serves) at a separate vet in another state. Only one yipe occurred there. That was not the case with Ms Dike here We came in solely for her last booster shot needed as a puppy. Pomeranians are known to have fragile tracheas and when the vet came in she was very unprofessional and abusive to our puppy. Our dog was already nervous being in a new place after being grabbed and having her teeth checked and her temperature taken anally by the nurse which naturally got her anxious. No issue there. After the nurse went to get Ms Dike for the vaccination things took a horrible turn Repeatedly tried to give her a shot only to poke her a little and not give her the shot. No distraction or treat was around to draw the pups attention instead opting for the nurse to hold and restrain her. Only when we suggested some treat for her did they look around for something. Instead the vet comes back with some peanut butter and a muzzle suggesting to muzzle train our dog because she failed to understand that a dog in a new place in a stressful situation is going to be scared. She then muzzles our already panicking pup and has her by the throat (very risky for Pomeranians or any dog) and shoves the needle into her rib/chest area which I’ve never seen before with any of our other dogs with vaccines. DO NOT GO HERE. They do not care about you, your puppy, or anything else other than how much money they can squeeze from you. $100 for one shot. 65 “exam” (which we didn’t want just needed the booster) and 35 for the vaccine.

  DONT GO HERE. We came to them as an emergency since our vet couldn’t take us right away. They not only failed to fix the issue we brought them in for but the caused a huge infection because the didn’t do something that was obviously needed. We spent HUNDREDS of dollars just to have to go to our usual vet. THEY EVEN ADMITTED TO THE DOCTOR MAKING MYULTIPLE MISTAKES ON MULTIPLE PATIENTS. They will take your money and just bleed you dry. This is not a good vet. Just go to upper valley
