First, I was notified that I had 3 accounts to my phone number and that I would need to call customer service to take cake of it. Nothing new I have had to contact customer service before regarding a phone number issue. Problem, I don't know, I was told it was all cleared up by customer service. Maybe there is another phone call in my future. Second,there seems to be an issue every time I go to the store. The computer(cash register) would not recognize the Petco coupon that was sent to me by email. The cashier didn't know what to do, so it was passed to the manager who also seemed to have a problem. Not sure why they just didn't take the total and minus the 20% as stated in the coupon.It became an ordeal where the sale had to be canceled out and then recharged putting in the 20% for every 5 items that matched. Normally this wouldn't bother me, but this is the 4th or 5th time I purchased in the store and each and every time there is an issue with product, the cash register, my phone number, can't find my account etc. Customer service could be better. It gets very tiring when your just trying to purchase food for your pet.
