  Betta fish are very expensive 25 bucks expensive and the poor things are in these little cups. My cup said 7.1 on it im assuming it meant the poor fish was in the there since July 1st which is awful because he finally got to go to a home on 8.18...very cruel!!

  Selection for cat stuff is always so disappointing. How (aside from food) could you have more things dedicated to birds than one the most common household pets next to a dog??? All the scratchers they have are always the same and all the toys they have are just boring teasers that my cats don't care for at all. Also cats need more then just catnip to keep them occupied with boring toys and I don't wanna buy any stupid "meowjuana" products. 2 stars because at least they have tikicat cat food and cardboard scratchers.

  The right hand isn't working with the left! You shouldn't have to go to the pet department, in order to return a fish for a refund. There never seems to be management on staff. Whenever you return a dead fish, after standing in line, you shouldn't have to go back to the end of the line, just to get a refund, after you already stood in line. There never seems to be enough staff that knows what there doing there.

  I generally absolutely love Petco my Petco in Nampa Idaho however and I love giving people thumbs up and telling him what a good job they're doing but they have a cashier there that is so not friendly maybe it was just a bad day but my husband says that he's running to her too. I had ordered some dog treats and I did it in my big order cuz it was a 20% off and then plus that over 50 you get 10% off I think for picking it up in the store and it had said they weren't available but when I went there I found them on the Shelf, so I went up to the cashier and they're usually so helpful with everything but this specific one I explained the situation and she was just so cut and dry. Just there was nothing she could do online orders were separate she didn't offer to see if the manager could help me or nothing. So I calmly asked her well can I talk to a manager cuz I really wanted the deal on them and they're right here, so she said yes but you have to step aside so I can help other customers which is understandable but the way she said it was just so dismissive. The manager came and he was extremely helpful and gave me my deal plus a little bit more. I am not discouraging anyone from using their online orders I generally have a great rapport with everyone there I talked to the manager explained I hate giving bad reviews I only like giving good ones but your cashier I don't know and he said yeah they need to talk to her so where I give it five stars for Petco and Petco stuff and Petco employees this one just needs to fix her attitude there was no reason for it.
