  Realmente la Atención es pesima . Una Señora grosera llegue antes de que Abrieran y notifique que estaban trayendo a mi perro eran las 8:03 am la cita era a las 8 no les importa el tráfico ni absolutamente nada si no llegas a la hora exacta siemplemente dice no y punto que pésimo servicio de esa Sra. Perder una cita por unos minutos es inaceptable 👎🏻

  Love the new layout makes getting around the store easier, it's always so clean and the staff are amazing. They are are always ready to help and if your a regular they are gr at at remembering you, which for someone like me makes me want to continue my business here.

  The crew here were the nicest people! We spent about an hour wandering around, looking for new puppy things and found everything we needed. If we needed help, there was someone to answer questions. We will definitely drive the extra mile to this Petco.

  EDIT: The manager, Kelly emailed me and apologized for the inconvenience. I was very appreciative of her response. I feel that the TWO women employees most likely have little customer service experience and need additional training. I truly hope they are able to receive additional training because insinuating a repeat customer is being deceitful over dead hornworms that I literally bought an hour prior, is really weird. Arguing with me for over 20 minutes about it, is detrimental to a business. I am changing my 1 star to 3, in hopes new hires receive better understanding of their customers & the needs of their pets, regardless of the pet, and reserve their accusations towards customers, unless there is a truly obvious problem. THANK YOU to the gentleman employee that stepped in & took over the situation from the 2 women. He saved me from completely having a blow up. Absolutely terrible, horrible experience at the store in Nampa, Idaho, and I will never ever shop there or at any Petco ever again. I bought a 4 pack of hornworms, which upon arriving home, discovered they were all dead & looked diseased. Instead of assisting me when I return to the store with the dead worms, I was given attitude by two female employees who tried to accuse me of switching the worms into a different container because the container would not ring up, what would be the point of that? After arguing with me over it, they called someone else to help with the refund who could not figure it out either. It took FOURTY minutes to refund me!!! Employees who work at big box “pet stores” have absolutely ZERO experience or knowledge of the animals they are hired to care for!
