- MNMichelle NormanMay 11, 20261.0For the second time I went to Petco paid for heartworm exam was told that the veterinarian could write a prescription or Call In a prescription for heartworm medication again after the second time of paying this money for three pets the veterinarian did not call in the prescription, I need to get a hold of Dr. Multhaup who worked at the Vetco clinic in Boise Idaho on Eagle Road this past Saturday so that he could please call the prescriptions in for my three pets.
- JSJordi Scimone-ChesnutMay 3, 20251.0Absolutely horrible service. They really dont care at all about the animals at all. We made an appointment online for both of our cats to get rabies shots. We ran 10 minutes behind but called ahead to let them know that we would be there within the 10 minutes and they told us theyd still give them their shots. Upon arrival we go up to the counter and they told us to get in line and theyd be with us shortly. Afterwards that same staff member said they can no longer serve us due to there being people ahead of us (even though we scheduled an appointment). Each appointment was for 5 minutes not a full exam and was 1 shot. I told her it was just a 5 minute appointment and she just looked at me with a blank stare and said "but then we'd have to stay later." That is not any way to treat a customer. I am still paying you regardless. You guys would rather I put both my cats in a hot car 2 more times and freak them out more rather than just taking 5 minutes to do the shots. Thats no way to treat animals! I won't even shop at this store anymore I'm so angry. Better off figuring out how to give them shots at home or paying to see an actual QUALIFIED vet.
