  if i can rate it zero stars i would!!! we took our dog to the groomer and she didn’t even finish his appointment cause our dog was playing with the tools at his face which okay i understand that but either way we had to pay full price almost 80 bucks for an UNFINISHED service!! the lady was also rude and didn’t at least offer a small discount for inconvenience…

  This place has trimmed our dogs nails for the last 5 years and now turned us away we will no longer be doing business with petco ever again

  Brought dog in to have nails done the older gal that did the nails was super rude and acted like we don't care for dog and that was bull the dog is spoiled wrotten..she said if he popos she would stop the nail trim while it was explained to her that he does this a lot during this and it ok to proceed...I have been to many Petco to have the dog nails done never ever been treated this bad don't know what happened to good service at Petco ...oh of course the Petco team will apologize like the other posts and do nothing about the rude tech at all just beware she is rude and unprofessional for sure ...

  went in for a filter for my sons turtle tank and the employee did great picked out the best one
