  This petco is absolutely fabulous, from its product selection to its employees. We got our VERY senior dog groomed here with about a trillion caveats and they handled each specific direction with total ease and grace. And THEN! Get this! We had to have our oil changed while they groomed her so once they finished, instead of sticking her in a kennel, LACY HELD HER. Y’all. LACY HELD THIS DOG FOR US FOR LIKE 20 MINUTES. Please give her a raise. Seriously. That is above and beyond behavior that truly needs rewarding. Ditto Annika! She was insanely gentle and sweet with our dog; in fact I swear Phoebe actually MISSED both Lacy and Annika which is insane because this dog doesn’t like anyone except my wife, even me. Anyway, definitely recommend, ask for Lacy and Annika (and also to speak to the manager re: higher compensation for their excellent work!)

  Grooming department refuses to answer phone or call you back, to get an apointment go to the store

  Went in to get a fish on July 12 it was a half hour before closing only one other person in the store besides the workers the girl told us she couldn’t sell us any fish because they were trying to do their cleanup work which all she was doing was talking with the boy that was actually working , pretty sure if you want to keep a store open you need to help customers purchase items , which would have taken less that 2 minutes , so we went to petsmart just down the street and they were happy to help us and they had more customers and only had two employees working and 15 minutes till they closed , save yourself the trip skip petco in Idaho falls shop elsewhere
