- AAAshley4 days ago4.0The customer service at this location is amazing. We've been taking our dog, Nola, here for 8 months to get her nails done and 90% of the time, they get her in and out quick. They did a 3 year Rabies booster for her at Vetco which also went very smoothly. I took off 1 star because Petco has higher prices than other stores. I do appreciate the variety of items they have available.

Customer Service refuses to process it and instead opens a new case # each time we call. The store adheres to the story that the “manager is out” every time we call - regardless of the time or day. They have the case (we need the manager to approve it for a refund according to customer service) and our contact info and yet it’s been months with no resolution. PROCESS THE REFUND.
