  Brutal but defensible Absolutely butchered my two Shorkies. Completely butchered them. Even my puppies, who don’t know any different, look embarrassed. 😂 DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if you’re desperate. My son was with me, and we were honestly shocked by the person grooming them. I obviously can’t say what was going on, but it certainly didn’t inspire confidence. As for the grooming itself? A Walmart haircut would have looked better. The cuts were uneven, poorly shaped, and absolutely not what we asked for. Save yourself the frustration. Spend the extra $20 and take your dogs somewhere you can trust. Your dogs deserve better.

  Where are my rewards? I haven't seen a reward for months. What is the point of being a member if it never pays back? The money I spend with petco every month with nothing in return "rewards my ass". Im shopping elsewhere.

  I like the big selection of pet goods that they have. However, the "customer service" is lacking. We were in line at a register, with others in line in front of us, and only one other register open (which also had a line). All of a sudden the checker told us all that we had to go to another register. They opened another register, but those who had been waiting had to wait even longer as people rudely just walked up (who had not been waiting at all) and started putting their stuff down. I can understand that employees need to take breaks and go home, but at least finish taking care of the customers who have been patiently waiting! The woman outside who had a small, sociable dog, but got nippy with anyone who talked with her dog, didn't help my mood. I know that wasn't Petco's doing, but she needed to give the dog to someone who would let her say "hello" to people who wanted to say "hello" to her...not make her be where animal lovers were going to walk by and not be able to say "hi" to the dog.

  Have extremely long lines with one cashier open. Odd thing I've never seen at other stores.

  Good store lots of animals to look at. Prices are okay for whatever your looking for. If your not signed up for the points system to help get your stuff discounted then good luck. The points help out a lot if you can stick enough to make it worth wild.
