- SASummer AndersonAug 13, 20261.0I wanted to like this clinic, especially since the prices are fair and the receptionist was very sweet. Unfortunately, the treatment I received from the vet tech today was unacceptable. She was dismissive, snippy, and openly showed her exasperation when I had to look up past medical dates on my phone. After making several rude comments, she left the exam room. My scared kitten and I were left waiting alone for 30 minutes. Your front desk staff is the face of your business, and this tech's terrible attitude cost you a client. We left before even seeing the vet.

I live in Star and travel to Caldwell because the vet we went to, when my female had bladder issues, they took X-rays, never showed them to me , performed surgery to find out there was nothing there, closed her up and charged me a fortune. It’s not like that at Indian Creek. There, they showed me the X-rays, explained what we were seeing and prescribed accordingly. And it’s more than that. They are great communicators, they follow up with a phone call to see how your pup is doing. I think they are truly amazing and highly recommend!
- MMMeganAug 5, 20265.0My heart is heavy today. We said goodbye to a furry family member. When we called and the vet said to bring him in, despite our appt not being until tomorrow. The vet and techs went slowly. They listened to us, didn't rush us. The vet gave him a shot to put him to sleep before the final medicine and we said our final goodbye. The staff did not question that we brought our other dog as comfort for all of us + the two were good buddies. Your doctor and techs are top notch! Thank you for helping us through our saying goodbye.

Our cat Kuro just had his annual clip down under sedation and they did a fantastic job and he is one happy cat! Thank you all for taking great care of our fur babies!
