I had a disappointing experience at this Vetco clinic. I came in simply to update my dog’s vaccines and left feeling talked down to and judged. I explained that my dog had been vaccinated at adoption but I didn’t have the full records on hand. Instead of working with me, the veterinarian immediately defaulted to a rigid protocol and spoke to me in a way that felt dismissive and condescending. I understand that vets need to follow guidelines, but there’s a way to communicate that respectfully. This interaction felt unnecessarily stressful, especially in front of other staff, and it made me uncomfortable enough to leave and seek care elsewhere. I hope the team can improve how they communicate with clients — especially those who are actively trying to take good care of their pets.

I arrived with my dog, was greeted, and checked in. They did a great job of keeping the dogs away from each other as certain owners couldn't figure that one out. We saw the vet on time and she was amazing! We will be back!

The 2 that were administering my kittens vaccine were pleasurable. However, after wards I had some legitimate questions regarding getting a paper vaccine card. The heavier set man, Keith was extremely impatient with me about my questions. To the point I felt uncomfortable, and question bringing my pet there in the future. But I already paid for the complete package! There was absolutely no customer service from him, not a friendly person!!
