- MAmelisa andrewsSep 12, 20231.0The tarantulas were in stress curls because they are given zero options for hides. I brought it to clerks attention and she was very flippant about it. She insisted they were upset because a door was broken and that they were putting them in the back. It would have been so simple to add a piece of corkboard or egg carton to help these juvenile spoods. Additionally, they have multiple bearded dragon babies too small to be selling all piled in the same cage with sand and improper uv and food. Same thing with the leopard geckos. The ritualistic neglect and outright abuse of these animals has got to stop! This pet store chain is awful.

I’m I’m really not used to customer service like that but it made it a really pleasant experience. She deserves a raise and now I will go back becuase I feel like there is everything I need there and no rude people!
