  It was good. I needed plants for my aquarium and all theirs looked awful in the tanks and I needed a snail and I could not find any so had to order online. Besides that, it was clean. No one to help in fish dept. but fish looked healthy.

  Just filed a report with The Idaho Humane Society. Went in to Petco on Saturday 9/19/26. 6 kittens in the store have no water or food. I bought a bag of treats just to give them something right now. Litter box is overflowing with feces. The whole room reaks of feces. One cat has an eye infection. There are so many Petco items pushed in front of the cats you can hardly even get to the ones on the left. They are using the front of their cage as storage. The cats are so smelly and you can’t even get to them. This is animal neglect and cruelty. The manager said she has had a lot of complaints but there is nothing she can do because they belong to the rescue SNARF that has no phone number listed just an email and a Facebook. Do better Petco and SNARF. If they would allow me I would have bought a bottle of water and given it to them and cleaned the litter box out myself. What I can do is call the Humane Society and file a report.

  Probably one of the most pretentious experiences I've ever encountered. My wife and I went to purchase six goldfish for her school classroom. The young lady we asked for help saw the tank we had picked out. (3gal) and told us she recommended 20 gal per fish. (These were $.49) goldfish mind you) her response when we asked for six was "I don't respond to that" and she refused. We settled for one beta and left. We didn't want to argue the fact that there was 200 goldfish packed into a small display tank but we should've. This young lady although I'm sure she made here point I'm sure she's better suited for work at a shelter. This is the worst experience ever and I will not be back to a PetSmart. I hope she feels fulfilled saving all the feeder goldfish...
